Ballinger log book 1, p. 104, lists photo numbers 1145-1146, 1156-1157, 1160-1161, 1200 and 1272(absent) for this building. Title taken from the log book. These are photographs of architectural renderings, which show the creators ID as above. The building in the drawings is called "Welcome Hall".

Note: The descriptions in the log book have been revised, in pencil, in an unidentified hand, so that "front" view has become "side" and so forth. The correct views of the drawings has not been verified and is not apparent from the images. The view have been recorded here as revised.
