See also photos of Ballinger & Perrot competition drawings for "Competitive design for the Boys Industrial School, White's Ferry, Pa. ...", also known as White's Ferry Industrial School, cataloged separately. The building illustrated in photo no. 3666 is less ornate than the competition drawings, and may not be a Ballinger building. The photo is described in the log book as the "Front view of school & power house", but does not appear to show the main entrance, which according to Ballinger plansis within the "U" under the dome. This photo shows "Horgam(?), 19503" in the bottom left corner, which may be the photographers name & photo number. The photo date has been estimated from other photos in the 36xx series.
