Photo no. 2949 is a photo of an architectural drawing called "Semi-detached houses, Coopertown Road, So. Ardmore, Pa, / Ballinger & Perrot, architects, Phila., Pa." This would suggest that the firm was engaged in the design & construction of a housing development in Ardmore, and that the architect Perrot purchased one of these houses. A sign in front of house in several of the photos reads "Sale. J. Elmer Watts, Brookline(?)" Dates estimated from neighboring photos in the 29xx and 31xx series. The house appears to be a double, in completion photo 3149. Some photos are for a partial model of the house side with 4 windows. The address is from photo no. 2949. The architect's full name is from local files. See the project for the Perrot garage, cataloged separately.
Forms part of: Ballinger Company. Architectural photographs of the work of Ballinger & Perrot, and the successor Ballinger Company.
