Ballinger log book 2, p. 66 lists photo numbers 2326 and 2871-2872 for this building. Photo 2326 is absent from this collection. Photos 2871-72 show an interior lobby with decorative tile. A later photo, no. 4812, shows the exterior of the building on a corner site, next to the University Book Store. The building has "Lexington Leader" on the facade and "Lexington Leader Co." painted on the front window. Dates are estimated from neighboring photos, with the 28xx time period as 1919 and the 48xx as 1930.
