Ballinger log book 2, p. 117 lists photo numbers 2653 and 3110. Photo no. 3541A is a duplicate no. 3110, with the addition of "Ballinger Company, successor firm to ..." These are photos of architectural drawings which appear to be two different studies for a building at the Third Street & Pennsylvania Ave. location. Photos for a later building plan, at First Street & Maryland Ave. are listed in Ballinger log book 3, p. 43, and cataloged separately. Also, photos of the "M.E. Office Building, Wesley" are listed in Ballinger log book 2, p. 6 and cataloged separately.
