Photo no. 1841, called "Original building on site" shows row houses with street numbers 1705-1707. Photo no. 1943 has signs: [1] Cramp & Company, Building Construction, Denckla Building, Philadelphia, Pa. [2] Ballinger & Perrot, Architects and Engineers, Philadelphia. [3] P.H.Kelly, Contractor, bricklayer & mason, 208-09 Lippincott Bldg. [4] Jas. S. Wilson & Son, Painting, 44 N. 7th St. Photo no. 1947 includes an additional sign: Daly-Wielandt Co., Contractors, Erectors of Structural Steel & Stone, Philadelphia, Pa. Photo no. 2102 shows the completed building, with signs in windows: "1701-1703". This property will be occupied by The Board of Home Missions and Church Extension of The Methodist Episcopal Church, now at 1026 Arch St." and "Rent stores & offices. Board of Home ...1026 Arch Street. Possession about March 15, 1915.
Photo no. 3617 is a pivotal photo between two projects/buildings. Listed also in the Ballinger log book 3, p. 26, it shows a perspective rendering of a 14-story building, which with the additional stories became the Robert Morris Hotel.
