Photo no. 2720 shows the original domed stone building, with a sign on the three-story brick store front building to the right which reads "Purchased by North Philadelphia Trust Co., to be improved and incorporated with our original building to meet increasing business". The store window reads "Edw. A. Gerlach, Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning. 3711." Sign on door reads "Removed to 3(?)222 Westmorland St.", or on photo no. 2721 "Removed to 11th & Westmor[land]" Photo no. 2721 shows "Kolb's Bakery watertank" in the distance, left. Photo no. 2722 shows the side of the original building.
