Streets listed are: Harrington St., Grant Ave., McLane, Geddes & Union St., with cross streets Barry St., Clark St., Sycamore St., Maple St., Linden St., Gilles St., Chestnut St., McDonough St., Tulip St., Lancaster Ave. and Second St. The plan includes a school & stores. Photo 2799 is similar, but includes the seal of the Emergency Fleet Corporation of the U.S. Shipping Board. Photo no. 2800 shows this seal in detail.
