Ballinger log book 4, p. 105 lists photo no. 4480. Photo no. 4522 has also been visually identified with the Meadville site. These are architectural drawings, bird's-eye perspectives of the proposed site, which is identified "Viscose" on the stack center right. Photo no. 4480 is virtually the same as 4522, except that a parking lot shows bottom right in the 4480 photo, which is replaced by trees in the 4522 photo. The delineator's name in both images is D.E. Sutton.
