Linfoot collection archival files include a letter and building program dated Feb. 17, 1958 from Linfoot to Frank J. Cain, Jr. at 353 Thornbrook Ave., Rosement, Pa. This letter states that the project is for a Recreation room & bath house, Commission no. 60, and notes Mr. Sears involvement in the project.
