- Drawing HCR139*019 concerns acoustical recommendations and was prepared by subcontractor Macoustic Engineering Company, J. Harold MacDowell, acoustical consultant, of Cleveland, Ohio. Macoustic work no. 304, sheet no. 1.
- Two drawings show John F. Harbeson only as architect.
