- Commission number 242. This set has 12 drawings, including some duplicates. Numbered drawings include: 242-B-R1 (i.e., scheme B, revisions 1), 242-A-R1, 242-SK-C, 242-2-R1, 242-F and 242-1. Also there are 4 blueline prints with a written "242" but no drawing number. Drawing ROB242*004 has the printed number "246-SK-B", which has been interpreted as an error, and corrected to "242-SK-B", based on the date and available visual evidence. Also included here is an unnumbered property plan sketch.
- Drawing ROB242*009 has "Frederick H. Levis, as President of the Landmarks Society during the period of this restoration.
- Drawing ROB242*012 is identified as a property plan of Grumblethorpe made from surveys by John T. Campbell, 1939 and Israel Serota, 1957, Sur's. & reg's. 9th Dist., Phila.
