- "Work" no. 261. This set was received with the George A. Robbins collection, suggesting that Robbins may have done some renovation of this property. Most drawings in this set have "G.A. Robbins, 1302 Blue Cross [Building]", Robbins's work addess, written in the bottom right margin. Drawing MRR261*001*002 has the pencil inscription "948. Mainstair changed to 3'-4" from 3'-6", foot of rear stair chaged [sic] to 4'0" from 3'-3". Entrace porch width increased to 10'-10" "in bottom left corner. Other drawings for this building project are cataloged separately as part of the McGoodwin collection.
