- Title from creator's drawing no. 211-H, which has the architect's seal. The name of J.M. Smith, Builder, Abington, Pa., is given on several drawings, and Smith is suggested as the delineator, if not intellectually responsible for some of the drawings.
- Commission no. 211. This set has 19 sheets variously identified as being related to this project and housed together in the project file.
- Accompanying black & white photographs of the site, and mantle, and limited correspondence files also available.
- References to heating & cooling subcontractors or consultants in drawing ROB211*016 include "Schwartz", probably Frederick M. Schwarz, M.E., Heating Engineer, 216 Hillview Rd., Springfield, Pa. who worked with Robbins on the Potts House, and Sinkler, Inc.
