- Accompanied by a specification document: Short description of the accompanying drawings submitted in competition for the erection of a new Municipal Building, to be situated in City Hall Park, New York.
- Drawing LAL*001*001 is a perspective rendering of the proposed structure. LAL*001*002 is a block plan, which appears to show new building in three units connected by walkways near the County Court House, which is shown on Chambers St. between Broadway & Centre. Park Way angles into Centre & Mail near the edge of the site. The specification document suggests that the building fronts on Broadway. The U.S. Post Office & Court House is show opposite the site further down on Mail St. at the end of Centre. Numerous other street names for the area are given.
