Drawings for the civil engineering subcontractor, Milton R. Yerkes and the General Electric Air Conditioning System subcontractor, S.S. Fretz, Jr., are also included in the Athenaeum set.
- Firm account book [1] A-H lists 3 entries for Samuel B. Eckert with a Haverford, Pa. location. Two entries, 1937 and 1938, are without commission numbers, with one entry dated 1939 for commission number 309. The Haverford house is believed to be the house in Bryn Mawr, given as the location for commission no. 309 on the drawings themselves. Drawing no. MAM*017*002 show Eckert's property in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery Co. at Rose Lane and Avon & Avonwood Roads.
