Notes:
Meigs property account book lists two entries for 1928-1929, one of which is entitled "Alterations to Room at Radnor". However, the description of the work done does not correspond specifically to the descriptive information given on the drawings MMH215/002 or MAM215/001. The drawings are presumed to be for the Peak, as most of the Meigs property work during this time period was.
George Howe left the firm in 1928. Drawing MAM215/001 shows the project was continued under the firm name "Mellor & Meigs."
Drawing MAM215*001 has note: "Make 2 thus and deliver to, Arthur I. Meigs, c/o J.T. Grisdale, 205 S. Juniper St., Phila., Pa."
