Both drawings "Made by [John] Grisdale".
Firm account book [1] A-H lists entry "Samuel B. Eckert, Haverford, Pa. Alt. at Residence. 1937.", no commission number given. Two other entries for Eckert cite work at a residence in Haverford, including commission no. 309. But drawings for commission 309 give the location as Bryn Mawr. It is believed that the residence given at Bryn Mawr and at Haverford are one and the same.
