- Notes:
- Meig property account book has 1934 entry cited as "Alteration to living room and elec. changes in house. Arthur I. Meigs. The Peak, Radnor." This entry appears to mark the transition, within the account book, to labelling Peak project entries under Arthur I. Meigs' name, rather than, Mrs. Arthur V. Miegs' name, most likely a result of his mother's death in 1933.
- Forms part of: Meigs, Arthur I. The Arthur I. Meigs collection of architectural graphics & records, including works from the offices of Mellor & Meigs (1906-1916), Mellor, Meigs & Howe (1916-1928), and Mellor & Meigs (1928-1940).
