- An entry in the "Outside work" section of the Meigs property account book reads: "Outside work, The Peak, Spring of 1945, Garden shed, upkeep of chicken yard, misc."
- Drawing MAM*015*024 is drawn on the back of a scrap blueprint paper.
- Although the title blocks of MAM*015*023 and *025 read "Mellor & Meig ... Philadelphia, Pa.", Mellor had died in 1940, and Meigs retired to Radnor, where he worked alone. The drawings provide the information that they were made, traced and checked by A.I.M. (Arthur I. Meigs).
