Drawing believed to be by Meigs due to its presence with other similar drawings identified as being by him.

Meigs property account book has a fall 1943 entry under "Improvements to Conestoga Road House ..." which suggests that this drawing might have been made to record exterior changes, including a "widening road for garage". The drawing shows a site plan on Conestoga Road, with Conestoga Cottage, stable and garage, plus some plantings.
