Meigs continued to use drawing paper printed with the Mellor & Meigs name and address after Mellors death in 1940 and Meigs retirement to work alone at his Radnor home. The information "Made, traced and checked by A.I.M." (Arthur I. Meigs) added by Meigs at the time the drawing was made, is a correct reflection of the creator's identification.
The Meigs property account book has entry "New wash room, pressing room, panel jambs and trim" for 1943-44. The body of the entry cites the dates Dec. '43 & Jan.'44 for "3 sets panel jambs & trim, circle archway", as well as other alterations.
Drawings MAM*015*031 and *032 are the same image as MAM*015*030, but are produced as blueline prints, and have pencil revisions.
