- Meigs continued to use drawing paper printed with the Mellor & Meigs name and address after Mellor's death in 1940 and Meigs retirement to work alone at his Radnor home. The information "Made by A.I.M." (Arthur I. Meigs) added by Meigs at the time the drawing was made, is a correct reflection of the creator's identification.
- Title and dates from MAM*015*033 and Meigs property account book.
- The Meigs property account book has entry "Changes to Peak dining room, Spring of 1945." The body of this entry cites "Panel jambs and chair rail, trim and bands" which corresponds to the description in MAM*015*033.
- Drawing MAM*015*034 is described only as "Peak D.R." and may not belong to this project. It is an undated pencil sketch plan on lined notebook paper.
