- The drawings in this set have no title, date, or drawing and commission number. Visual evidence is insufficient to identify the drawings with a particular project cited in the Meigs project account book. They are believed to be drawings from the Peak, Meigs's house, based upon the visual evidence and their presence with other Peak drawings.
- Creator's name has been taken from the blank title block on MAM*015*038, however, these drawings may actually have been done by Meigs, in retirement at Radnor, after Mellor's death in 1940.
- Drawing MAM*015*039 is drawn on lined notebook paper.
