[Concerning: Johnson's concern that Roberts alledgely abandoned construction property, which is next to Johnsons' house, and that Roberts built a garage improperly without a house on one site. Note: Letter is initialled by "GWR" by Building Inspector Riley. [3] [Notes, Probably by Riley to Titus, concerning the response & legal aspects of Johnson's complaint.
