Creator's name blanked out in title block. Has "Drawn by M.B.M.", known from other drawings to be M.B. Middleton. Other drawings in this style in the collection have "Office of W. Percival Johnson, realtor, builder, 4039 Lancaster Ave., Phila., Pa." However, this drawing was found with a virtually identical drawing "Plans for semi-detached house, Type A-6", Apr. 5, 1926, which is marked "Anderson. #212, 4/23/26, 22 houses & garages, Ardmore at Balt. Ave." on verso. This is probably Harry D. Anderson, for which there are other drawings in the collection. It is possible that Middleton was supplying similar drawings to both Johnson & Anderson, or that Anderson obtained the drawings from Johnson through some other means.

Images include basement, first, second & third floor plans, front, rear & right & left side elevations, and detail of wall cabinet over sink.

Has stamp: "Approved 4/23/26, Building Inspector, Borough of Lansdowne." Initialled "GWR".
