This set includes three surveys of the housing community Ardencroft, Delaware, created by or used & annotated by the architectural firm of Price & Dickey in conjunction with several design commissions at this site. One survey shows a total of 96 lots, with the names of owners for lots 88-95 annotated. Another survey is by the firm Van Demark & Lynch, Inc., Civil engineers & surveyors, Wilmington, Delaware, and shows the community in relationship to Arden, Ardentown, the Holly Oak Creek, and neighboring property owners.
