- Work no. 195. Drawings show plan, elevations and sections for 5 different schemes for the bridge, located on Welsh Ave. near Winchester Ave. and Cresco Ave. in Philadelphia, Pa.
- "By Hough" on all the drawings suggests that the images were at least rendered, if not also intellectually conceived by William J.H. Hough, who became a partner with Cret in 1923, according to the Biographical dictionary of Philadelphia Architects, p.393. Hough, along with John F. Harbeson, William H. Livingston and Roy Larson formed the successor firm to Cret in 1945, which later became known as "H2L2".
