- Called "Fire station, Sears Roebuck Plant ..." on drawing no. 120*010 and "Engine No. 70", inscribed in facade of Langdon St. elevation in drawing no. 120*004.
- Set contains numbered linen drawings 120-1 through 120-8, one unidentified linen drawing attributed to set, and 6 bluelines in very poor condition which cannot yet be fully transcribed. The numbered drawings are identified with two work numbers, Work no. 120 for the architect Sigmund J. Laschenski and work no. 711 for the Philadelphia Dept. of City Architecture, associated or serving as client in the project. Numbered drawings for this set are labeled with the "120" work number.
- Some drawings also have: Eugene S. Powers & Sons, Engineers [and] Isaac Hathaway Francis, Engineers. The blueprint set appears to have approval signatures for Ross B. Davis, Chief, Bureau of Fire, and Lessing A. Rosenwald for the Sears Roebuck Co. Drawing no. 120*010 suggests that this particular fire station is located at a Sears Roebuck plant on Langdon St. & Roosevelt Blvd.
