- Set complete in 13 sheets. Only sheets 1 and 7 present in this set. Sheet 1 has above the title block: "Drawn by: Richard I. Ortega". Sheet 7 has: "Drawn by Brooke Drinkwater, Cynthia Goldsmith." Sheet 1 is the title sheet, and has listed as delinators for the project: "Joan Benjamin, Brooke Drinkwater, Cynthia Goldsmith and Richard I. Ortega." Also given are project surveyors, and the following statement of responsibility: "This project was undertaken for Bally of New Jersey, Inc. at the request of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection to provide a permanent record in the Historic American Buildings Survey. The drawings were made by John M. Dickey, A.I.A., Architect, of Media, Pennsylvania, and coordinated by Robert M. Levy. The recording survey was conducted in October, 1978 and the measured drawings were completed April 13, 1979." A brief history of the hotel is also given on the title sheet, along with a location map.
