HABS survey number not yet present on these original HABS project drawings, from the creator's office.
No HABS project combining these three houses exists on the Stamm checklist (Historic America). However, there is a HABS entry in the checklist for the house at 2032 Walnut St., given in on the checklist as "3032" [sic] Walnut St. This house is called the Scott-Wanamaker House, both on the Dickey drawings and in the HABS checklist entry. No individual entries exist in the Stamm checklist for the Tasker House (2020 Walnut St.) or the Heberton House (2018 Walnut St.) illustrated in the Dickey drawings.
Set complete in 12 sheets. Sheet 1 is the title sheet and has: "Layout and delineation: Joan Benjamin, Kimo Griggs, Robert Levy, Richard I. Ortega. This project was undertaken for Fidelco Growth Investors at their request to provide a permanent record in the Historic American Buildings Survey. The drawings were made by John M. Dickey, A.I.A., Architect, of Media, Pennsylvania. They were coordinated by Robert M. Levy. The recording survey was conducted in October 1979 and the measured drawings were completed in December." Also named are the surveyors, gives a location map for the houses, and a brief discussion of the houses in historical context.
