Date estimated from project date given in set with similar title and architect's office address, HUT*002/004. According to the Biographical dictionary of Philadelphia architects, 1700-1930, Robert Gray Kennedy had established an office in Philadelphia by 1877, and was a life member of the St. Andrew's Society from 1875. Kennedy may have worked for Hutton before establishing his own office, or these drawings may date from 1877 or later.
