- Title from drawing LIN*015*001.
- Drawing nos. LIN*015*001 & 015*004 present a bird-eye perspective view and plans & "Section through Rosehouse Wing" for the ancillary complex of the Home Buildings, including the stables, coach house and greenhouses. Drawing no. LIN*002 illustrates the Tenant House, not shown in the bird-eye (LIN*015*001), but also an ancilliary building of the same time period. The site plan shows a relationship to a barn, evidentally separate from the stable/greenhouse complex. Drawing no. LIN*015*003, for the main house, previously included here, is now cataloged separately. Also included in the collection, cataloged separately, as published plates of this drawing, as No. 727, of American architect and building news, Nov. 30, 1889.
- Drawing no *015*001 gives the location as "Merion, Phila." and no. *015*004 as "Merion Station, P.R.R.", suggesting earlier geographic & corporation relationships to the city of Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania Railroad.
