Summary:
This set contains one property plan and 8 furniture drawings. Most of the drawings are to full scale and show plans, elevations, and sections of the walnut furniture planned for the Curtis house. The initials "C.P.", given as the delineator of most drawings, are probably for C. Pollitt.

Howe left the firm in 1927, and the project continued under the firm name of Mellor & Meigs.
