Date from account book. Firm account book [2] I-M has two entries for the Morris E. Leeds residence in Germantown. The earlier entry "Residence in Germantown" (1930) has commission no. 238. The later entry has "Completion of old contract covering residence in Germantown. 1934.", with no commission number given. Given the nature of the drawings, most of which are perspective renderings, it is possible, however, that they were created at another date for publication purposes, for example.
