- Summary:
- Contains all of the extant 19th to mid 20th century architectural drawings owned by the hospital for its buildings located between Seventh and Ninth streets and Spruce and Pine streets in Philadelphia. Also includes drawings for the Institute of Pennsylvania Hospital, located at 111 North Forty-ninth Street, and the Preston Retreat, located on Twenieth and Hamilton, both in Philadelphia. The collection includes a large group of 19th century competition drawings.
