Local Notes:

Athenaeum's copies for 1898-99 and 1918 are photocopies; 1894-95 has a photocopy and a copy in RBC with Gemmill fund bookplate.

Athenaeum's copy for 1903-04 has bookplates for Paul Philippe Cret. These bookplates were on the inside cover of the book and were transferred to the new cover when the book was rebound. Bookplate with architect's name and firm had been pasted over plate with architect's name alone. Both appear in rebound volume. This copy for 1903-04 is gift of John F. Harbeson.
