- The Paca-Carroll House was built in 1857, the house is a simple, well-proportioned building reminiscent of the Federal era. It was named for two signers of the Declaration of Independence: William Paca, and Charles Carroll. In 1981 it was enlarged when a contemporary wing was added and the original section gutted and rebuilt. The U-shaped dormitory now houses 49 students.
