- Summary:
- Set of texts about geomancy. The second is a commentary and abridgement of a longer work on geomancy (ʻilm al-raml) by ʻUmar ibn Aḥmad ibn ʻAlī al-Khitāʼī.

- 1. f. 1r-36v : Sirr al-Asrār fī ʻilm al-āthār.
- 2. f. 37r-66r : Shamsīyah fī al-Kashf ʻan mā awdaʻ fī al-Jadāwil al-zahrīyah.
- Notes:
- Ms. codex.
- Title of the manuscript from title of the first work (f. 1r) and the title of the second work (f. 37v).
- Foliation: Modern western foliation added in pencil, upper left recto; catchwords every verso, lower left.
- Layout: 21-23 long lines; frame ruled.
- Script: Written in naskh in black.
- Decoration: Rubrications; many leaves of tables included (f. 15r, 17r, 18r, 18v, 21r, 23r, 29r, 30v, 43v-66r inclusive).
- Binding: Bound in red leather over paperboard with flap (Type II); covers blind stamped with central mandorla with paper onlay and frame; flap also blind stamped with paper onlay. Binding is in poor condition: flap has separated and front cover is held on only by two hinges.
