Caption for volume 3, numbers 13 reads: "The War, revived, and continued, from no. 12, vol. 3." It contains a letter stating that "the publisher has now the satisfaction of informing the former patrons ... that arrangements have been made to complete the undertaking, and that the additional sheets (of which this is the first) will be promptly printed and forwarded to subscribers.
