- Letter book containing outgoing correspondence of John Langdon, 29 June 1785-26 May 1812. Langdon was President and then Governor of New Hampshire between 1785 and 1812. Includes letters to State governors and others regarding military affairs, customs regulations and the need for interstate coordination, appropriations for the Continental Congress, the need for a stronger central government, the drafting and ratification of the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.
