- Summary:
- Gathering of six leaves added at the end of a copy of Jean Scohier's L'estat et comportement des armes (Bruxelles: Chez Iean Mommart, 1597) with notes related to heraldry from multiple sources in French and Latin. The text includes sections titled Authorite et charge des heraults and Pascal de Coronis. 16th- and early 17th-century authors cited include Franciscus Guillimannus, Pedro Mexia, Louis Gollut, and Carlo Paschal. The passages taken from these authors are abridged or paraphrased. The notes include ink and watercolor coats of arms and other illustrations in ink.

- Collation: Paper, 6 leaves (following 52 printed leaves; 1⁶; modern pagination in pencil, upper outer corners; [108-120].
- Script: Written in a variety of secretary and other cursive scripts.
- Decoration: 17 small coats of arms in ink and watercolor (p. 109, 110, 120); drawings in ink of coronets for charges (p.109); drawings in ink of coats of arms and seals (p. 110).
- Watermark: Unidentified scalloped shield quartered by a cross, surmounted by a serpent on a tall narrow cross.
- Binding: Modern parchment binding with overlapping edges; spine title in ink, Scohier, Armes, 1597.
- Origin: Written after 1605 (based on first edition of latest work cited, Franz Guilliman's Habsburgiaca, p. 111).
