Summary:
Brega S/A talks about the tecnobrega music style in the Brazilian city of Belém. Tecnobrega is the soundtrack for the poorer neighborhoods of the city, a sort of digital adaptation of romantic songs from the 70's and 80's. The film shows the relation between tecnobrega and the popularization of technology, and how this music style associated with piracy to create a distribution model as an alternative to that proposed by the big record companies.
