Summary:

This is the third wave of a multi wave panel survey that studied newly licensed registered nurses who obtained their first license to practice between September 1, 2004 and August 31, 2005. It was conducted as part of the RN Work Project, a national study of new nurses funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
