Summary:

Manuscript ketubah with standard ketubah text in black ink in Aramaic and Hebrew. A column topped by a vase on each side of the ketubah text with folk decorations of flowers and leaves in gouach. Gilded crown at top center of leaf and ownership stamp of Shlomo Moussaioff at top right of leaf. Monogram with initials JGB [in rom.] at bottom of leaf. Wedding took place on 14 Tishre 5671 (17 Oct. 1910), in Gibraltar. Groom's signature beneath text, Joseph Benrimoj [in rom.].

Notes:

The wedding took place on the Second day [Mon.] of the week, 14th of Tishre, 5671 [17 Oct. 1910] in the city of Ḡibralṭar. The groom is Yosef bar R. Avraham S.ṭ. bar R. Mosheh, n. ʻE., known as n. Ramokh. The bride is Ḡamul bat R. Yitsḥaḳ S.ṭ. bar R. Mosheh n. ʻE. known as Yiśraʼel. Signatures: Raḥaman Naʼim; Joseph Benrimoj, the groom; Yehoshuʻa Gabaʼi, shats ḳ.ḳ. Nefutsot Yehudah.
