The edition was a collaboration between the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of Universidad Nacional del Litoral and the City Government, with a team of experts coordinated by María Martina Acosta and with the participation of Miguel Irigoyen, Julio Arroyo, Luis Muller and Fabián Ramos.
