Summary:
Signed letter to bookseller and printer Bernardo Giunta of Venice, dated 1 January 1584 in Rome, requesting a missing bifolium from Flemish botanist Rembert Dodoens's herbal Stirpium historiae pemptades sex, sive libri XXX (Antwerp, 1583), to allow Tornieri to fulfill an order for the book. Remnants of wax seal on recto, address on verso, folds remain from mailing.
