"The Inhabitants of the Parish of Whitchurch will find it much to their Interest, that the Accounts of the Directors for the last eighteen Months be published and printed, this they have a right to get done, without the consent of the Directors, they will then see the amount spent in LAW and other extravagancies, to gratify the feelings of a few of the self-elected Parish Directors. THE Poor are informed that the Directors have no right or power to call them to the House on Saturday's, there to be exposed, in a crowded body, to those Diseases which affect their fellow-applicants. ... "
