A red scrap book comprising a small collection of 172 booksellers' and bookstore labels. The labels appear to have been collected between the years 1973 to 2007 by Jeffrey Silverman, whose name is written on the inside back cover. The variety of labels are predominantly from Jewish bookstores in Israel. Other labels are from Africa, Australia, Europe, and the United States. They include the cities of Johannesburg, Luskaka, Melbourne, Brussels, London, and New York. Name's of proprietors are on some labels. There are labels made of paper and fabric. Some are ink-stamped on paper and some have adhesive. A few labels are dated.
