Music composed between 1915 and 1933 to celebrate the three-hundredth anniversaries of the publication of Don Quixote and the death of Cervantes.
The first work consists of songs from a film score, the 2nd work a chamber opera, and the 4th work a tone poem.
The 1st work with words by Pierre de Ronsard and Alexandre Arnoux. Libretto for the 2nd work by the composer. The 3rd work with words by Paul Morand.
Recorded 2005 June 27-July 1 Teatro Isabel Clara Eugenia, Madrid.
